MOSA Design Studios, LLC. was founded in 2009 by Architect and entrepreneur Monica Fenderson. Our team is comprised of sustainable architects, interior designers, and real estate developers—including our managing partner Samuel Fenderson. We are a proud DBE firm that is AIA, NCARB, and LEED Georgia certified. We’re based in Atlanta but have nationwide partnerships.

Our reputation for quality and integrity has lead to countless projects throughout the United States and Latin America. With the increased demand for multi-purpose spatial data, we added 3D digital scanning to our service list in 2021.
